随着老龄化时代的到来,如何做好老干部工作已经成为亟待解决的热点问题。要做好新时期老干部工作,应把中办、国办印发的《进一步加强和改进新形势下离退休干部工作的意见》作为开创老干部工作新局面的行动指南。我们在服务老干部的实践过程中,坚持用党的群众路线新理念,创新新时期老干部各项工作,不断增强服务意识,创新工作思路,调整实施措施,着力让老干部老有所养、老有所为、老有所医、老有所乐。
