现代育种技术主要包括杂交亲本的选育、配合力的测定和杂交方式的选择。此外,还有建立杂交繁育体系。杂交亲本的选育杂交亲本种群的选优与提纯是杂交优势利用的最基本的环节。亲本种群越纯,亲交双方基因频率之差才能越大,配合力测定的误差才越小,杂种后代群体才能越整齐、越规格化。有不少经济性状,其遗传力较高,纯繁阶段效皋较好,但表现不出显著的杂种优 Modern breeding techniques mainly include the selection and breeding of hybrid parents, the determination of combining ability and the selection of hybridization methods.
