ZLM50型轮式装载机行走无力的原因,主要与柴油机、液力传动系统、制动系统等有关,应根据故障现象仔细分析判断。1.柴油机突然加大或减小油门时,若风扇转速、排烟和声音同步变化并且动臂和翻斗都有力,说明柴油机工作正常。可以在柴油机冷却液温度为70～90℃,液压油温度45～55℃时,检测柴油机转速。若高速空载转速低于标准值,说明柴油机动力性能下降。
