本文首先分析当前企业档案管理所面临的时代背景;然后概述了外国企业档案管理模式,分析了我国企业档案管理模式现状;最后提出了知识经济时代我国企业档案管理模式改革的几点思考。
This paper first analyzes the background of current enterprise archives management; then it summarizes the foreign archives management mode, analyzes the current situation of Chinese archival archival management models; and finally puts forward some thoughts on the reform of enterprise archives management mode in the era of knowledge-based economy.
