现代学徒制作为校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的深化,要求学校要将校企的知识、文化深度融合;工作与学习高度融合的新型教育模式。这种新型的教育模式不但满足了社会需求、职业岗位对人的需求,也实现了学生自我发展、自我完善的需求。它体现了以人为本,重视人的全面发展和可持续发展,兼顾社会需求和人的自我发展的需求。现代学徒制是校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的深化,根据已有的试点内容总结不足之处,探索更深入的校企合作模式——校企共建全方位育人。
Modern apprenticeship as a school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration personnel training model deepens, requiring schools to school-enterprise knowledge and culture depth integration; work and learning a high degree of integration of new education model. This new type of education not only meets the needs of society and occupations, but also realizes the students’ self-development and self-improvement. It embodies the people-oriented, attaches importance to the all-round development of human beings and the sustainable development, taking into account the needs of society and the needs of man’s self-development. Modern apprenticeship is the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination of personnel training mode, summarizes the shortcomings according to the existing pilot contents, and explores a more in-depth model of cooperation between schools and enterprises, namely, school-enterprise cooperation.
