目的观察扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗乙肝后肝硬化的临床疗效。方法治疗组22例采用扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗,对照组26例以复方益肝灵或护肝片治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察临床症状、肝功能、HBV-DNA载量、血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、超声多普勒检测门静脉直径及血流速、脾静脉直径等变化。结果治疗组与对照组各项检测指标比较均存在显著性差异,治疗组疗效显著。结论扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗乙肝后肝硬化疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with lamivudine in the treatment of posthepatitic cirrhosis of liver. Methods Twenty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined with lamivudine, while 26 patients in the control group were treated with compound Yiganling or Hugan tablets for 6 months. The clinical symptoms, liver function, HBV DNA load, serum HA, LN, PCⅢ, Ⅳ-C and portal vein diameter, blood flow velocity and splenic vein diameter were detected by Doppler sonography. Results There were significant differences in the detection indexes between the treatment group and the control group, and the treatment group had a significant effect. Conclusion Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined with lamivudine treatment of posthepatitic cirrhosis is effective.
