本文用骨髓细胞微核试验检测了45种金属化合物的致突变作用,其中12种诱发微核率明显升高,即:氰化锂、硫酸铍、硫酸钒、重铬酸钾、铅酸钾、氯化铁、氯化钴、氯化铑、氯化镉、氯化铂、亚钾酸钠和硝酸钍,表明这些金属化合物有致突变作用。因为微核试验的结果与金属化合物致癌性之间有一定关系,故推荐微核试验作为评价金属化合物致突变性和预测致癌性的一项指标
In this paper, we detected the mutagenic effects of 45 metal compounds using the micronucleus test of bone marrow cells, in which 12 kinds of induced micronucleus rates were significantly increased: lithium cyanide, beryllium sulfate, vanadium sulfate, potassium dichromate, potassium lead sulfate, Ferric chloride, cobalt chloride, rhodium chloride, cadmium chloride, platinum chloride, sodium potassium and thorium nitrate indicate that these metal compounds are mutagenic. Micronucleus test is recommended as an indicator to evaluate the mutagenicity of metal compounds and the prediction of carcinogenicity because of the relationship between the results of micronucleus test and the carcinogenicity of metal compounds
