目的建立肉制品中诱惑红的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法样品中的诱惑红色素经提取后在酸性条件下被聚酰胺粉吸附,在碱性条件下解吸附,以甲醇—0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,C18柱分离,紫外检测器检测,波长254 nm,以相对保留时间定性,色谱峰面积定量。结果浓度与峰面积线性关系良好r=0.999 5,回收率90.0%~93.7%,相对标准偏差在1.25%~1.82%之间,最低检出浓度为0.001 g/kg。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,适用于肉制品中诱惑红、柠檬黄、胭脂红、日落黄等色素的同时检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of temptation red in meat products by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The seductive red pigment in the sample was adsorbed by polyamide powder under acidic conditions and desorbed under alkaline conditions. The methanol-0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate solution was used as the mobile phase, gradient elution and C18 column separation. UV detector detection, wavelength 254 nm, the relative retention time qualitative, quantitative peak area. The results showed that the linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area was good (r = 0.999 5). The recoveries ranged from 90.0% to 93.7%. The relative standard deviations were between 1.25% and 1.82%. The lowest detection limit was 0.001 g / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for simultaneous detection of seductive red, lemon yellow, carmine, sunset yellow and other pigments in meat products.
