1990年,对发展中国家的全部资金流入比上一年有较大幅度的增加,达1442亿美元,按不变价格计算增长了5%。其中官方发展资金(占全部流入资金的54.6%)和私人资本流动增幅均较大,分别比上一年增长20%和26%,达790亿美元和610亿美元。私人资本流动中增长较大的是对外直接投资,1990年对发展中国家的直接投资已达300亿美元,几乎是1985年对外直接投资总额的5倍。债务转化资本在私人投资的比例中也有了增加,占私人投资额的20%。
In 1990, the total capital inflow to developing countries increased by a large margin of 114.4 billion U.S. dollars over the previous year, an increase of 5% at constant prices. Official development funds (54.6% of total inflows) and private capital flows increased by a large margin, up 20% and 26% respectively over the previous year to reach 79 billion U.S. dollars and 61 billion U.S. dollars. Direct growth in private capital flows is more direct investment abroad, direct investment in developing countries in 1990 reached 30 billion U.S. dollars, almost 5 times the total foreign direct investment in 1985. Debt conversion capital has also risen in the proportion of private investment, accounting for 20% of private investment.
