教育是促进学生行为持久改变的过程,教育意识的缺失很可能会扭曲我们的教育,使教师的教学变形。经过十多年的课程改革,教师对于各种先进的教育理念渐渐不再陌生。然而,在教学实践中,先进的教育理念和实际的教学操作仍不统一,存在理论与实践的“两张皮”现象。在课堂教学层面,学生对教师教授的学科知识可能感到清楚明白,有的甚至可以流利地将之背诵,但在独立运用这些知识解决实际问题
