腐败行为的效应一直是学者们研究的焦点问题 ,很多学者承认腐败存在着正效应 ,也有学者持否定态度。本文从多方面阐述了管理腐败给社会、经济带来的负效应 ,同时指出 ,对于腐败的“正效应” ,应正确地看待和把握。
The effect of corrupt behavior has always been the focus of scholars’ research. Many scholars acknowledge the positive effect of corruption and some hold the negative attitude. This article elaborates the negative effects of corruption on society and economy in many aspects and points out that the “positive effect” of corruption should be viewed and grasped correctly.
