李汉忠同志,1956年6月生,大专文化、中共党员。李汉忠同志1974年入伍,1990年转业到地方工作。在部队期间,他先后任战士、俱乐部主任,政治处于事,师组织科副科长、科长等职务;转业后,先后任张家港市市委组织部组织员,市委、市政府办公室副主任,市保密局局长,市经委副主任等职,现任张家港市南丰镇党委书记,并兼任张家港市预备役军官团连长。李汉忠同志转业后,在支持国防建设方面,曾被苏州市授予“优秀兼职政委”和“关心国防十佳好公仆”等荣誉称号。
