1.转炉煤气回收发展概况 转炉煤气属于二次能源范畴。由于能源供应日趋紧张和对环保的要求越来越高,所以转炉煤气的回收已经受到人们的重视。 为了发展生产,利用二次能源和解决环境污染,在六十年代初,日本、西德、法国开始试验未燃法(简称OG法)回收利用顶吹转炉烟气,用作燃料或化工原料。它是发热值较高、无公害的能源。因此,国外各钢铁企业非常重视转炉煤气回收。特别是能源奇缺的日本,更是千方百计地设法提高转炉
1. Converter gas recovery Overview Converter gas is a secondary energy category. Due to the increasingly tight energy supply and environmental protection requirements are getting higher and higher, so the converter gas recovery has received people’s attention. In order to develop production, utilize secondary energy and solve environmental pollution, Japan, West Germany and France started to test unburned gas (OG method) to recover top-blown converter flue gas for use as fuel or chemical raw material in the early 1960s. It is a high fever, pollution-free energy. Therefore, foreign steel companies attach great importance to converter gas recovery. Japan, which is particularly scarcer in energy, is trying every means to improve the converter
