自1987年以来,中国科学技术信息研究所一直承担着中国科技人员在国内外发表论文数量和影响的统计分析工作。2006年的科技论文与引文统计工作现已完成。国际论文数据主要取自国际上颇具影响的检索工具:《科学引文索引》(SCI)、《工程索引》(EI)和《科学技术会议录索引》(ISTP),自2005年起新增加了对美国《医学索引》(MEDLINE)和对 SSCI收录的社会科学论文的统计与分析。国内论文数据取自中国科学技术信息研究所研制的《中国科技论文与引文数据库》(CSTPCD),该数据库2007年度收录的中国科技论文统计源期刊即中国科技核心期刊共1723种。本文按我国论文在世界所处位置及影响、我国国际论文收录数和被引用情况以及分布情况、我国国内论文发表数和被引用情况以及分布情况、中国科技论文的国际合作情况、中国香港特区和中国台湾省科技论文收录情况、社会科学论文统计、国内科技期刊指标排序等部分公布统计结果。
Since 1987, China Science and Technology Information Institute has been undertaking the statistical analysis of the number and impact of Chinese scientists and technicians in publishing papers both at home and abroad. 2006 scientific papers and citation statistics has now been completed. International paper data are mainly drawn from internationally influential search tools: “Science Citation Index” (“SCI”), “Engineering Index” (EI) and “Science Technology Conference Index” (ISTP) The United States “Medical Index” (MEDLINE) and SSCI social science papers included in the statistics and analysis. The domestic dissertation data are taken from “Chinese Science Papers and Citation Databases” (CSTPCD) developed by China Science, Technology and Information Institute. There are altogether 1,723 core science and technology journals in China in 2007 included in this database. According to the position and influence of our dissertation in the world, the number and citation situation of international papers in our country and its distribution, the number and distribution of domestic papers published in China, the international cooperation of Chinese science and technology papers, China Taiwan Province included in the collection of scientific papers, statistics of social science papers, scientific and technical journal index sorting and other part of the statistical results.
