Objective To investigate the value of ABCD2 score in predicting the risk of cerebral infarction within 7 days after TIA onset. Methods A total of 132 patients with TIA were divided into low (0-3), medium (4-5), and high (6-7) subgroups according to their scores. The levels of cerebral infarction Occurrence rate. Results The incidence of cerebral infarction in each group was 2.5% in the low-risk group, 8.9% in the middle-risk group and 25% in the high-risk group. Statistical analysis χ2 = 10.88, P <0.01. Conclusion ABCD2 score was positively correlated with the risk of cerebral infarction in TIA patients. The ABCD2 scoring method is simple and effective and is an effective method for stratified evaluation of patients with TIA.
