先天性内耳畸形是婴幼儿听力减退的主要病因,其群体发病率约为1/2000~1/6000,其中约20%为骨迷路畸形,80%为膜迷路畸形。骨迷路畸形导致内耳形态结构异常,可被CT及MRI诊断。MSCT扫描结合VRT提高了内耳骨迷路畸形的检出率及诊断准确性,对婴幼儿先天性感音性耳聋的病因诊断具有重要价值。
Congenital inner ear deformity is the main cause of hearing loss in infants and young children, the incidence rate of its population is about 1/2000 ~ 1/6000, of which about 20% of the bony labyrinth malformations, 80% of the labyrinthine malformations. Bony malunion leads to abnormal morphology of inner ear and can be diagnosed by CT and MRI. MSCT scan combined with VRT improves the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of the inner ear bony labyrinth, which is of great value in the etiological diagnosis of congenital sensorineural hearing loss in infants.
