采用Hansch分析方法对两个系列的桂皮酰胺类化合物(Ⅲ、Ⅳ)分别考查了logP(环己烷/水)、Hammett取代常数(σ)、基团偶极矩(μ)和logP、诱导效应指数(Ⅰ)与抗惊活性(小鼠抗电惊厥)的关系。
Hansch analysis was used to investigate the effects of logP (cyclohexane / water), Hammett’s substitution constant (σ), group dipole moment (μ) and logP on the cinnamide compounds (Ⅲ and Ⅳ) The relationship between index (Ⅰ) and anti-shock activity (anti-convulsion in mice).
