党的十八大精神,给基层组织内涵建设指明了方向。胡锦涛同志在十八大报告中批评一些党组织软弱涣散。指出,一些领域消极腐败现象易发多发,反腐败斗争形势依然严峻。的确,我们看到,一些基层组织制度不严,活动甚少,党员思想水平出现滑坡现象。因此,必须厘清思路,采取有力措施,切实抓好基层党员的思想内涵建设。
The spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out the direction for the connotation construction of the grassroots organizations. Comrade Hu Jintao criticized some party organizations in the 18th National Party Congress for their weakness and weakness. Pointed out that there are some areas where the phenomenon of negative corruption is frequent and the situation in the anti-corruption struggle is still grim. Indeed, we can see that some grassroots organizations have lax systems and few activities, and the ideological levels of Party members have been declining.
