祁海峰,1964年生于河北省武安。1988年毕业于浙江美术学院(现中国美术学院)油画系。现为中国美术家协会理事、国家一级美术师、河北省文联副主席、河北省美术家协会主席。曾参加第七届、八届、九届、十二届全国美术作品展及其他国内外大型美术展览。先后在巴黎、悉尼、北京、河北、广东等地举办个人画展。多幅作品在国内外大型画册及专业刊物发表,被中国美术馆、故宫博物院、天津美术馆、美国加州博物馆、中国台湾山艺术文教基金会等国内外美术机构及友人收藏。出版有《生存的风景——今日中国艺术家祁海峰》《祁海峰
Qi Haifeng was born in 1964 in Wu’an, Hebei Province. In 1988 graduated from the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art) Department of oil painting. He is now a director of the Chinese Artists Association, a national artist, a vice chairman of Hebei Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and a chairman of Hebei Artists Association. Have participated in the Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Twelfth National Art Exhibition and other major domestic and international art exhibitions. Successively in Paris, Sydney, Beijing, Hebei, Guangdong and other places to hold solo exhibitions. A number of his works have been published in large-scale catalogs and professional journals both at home and abroad. They are collected by domestic and foreign fine arts organizations and friends, such as the National Art Museum of China, the National Palace Museum, Tianjin Art Museum, the California Museum of Art, China Taiwan Mountain Arts, Culture and Education Foundation.
