不久前,我们对江苏睢宁县乡镇关停企业的情况进行了专题调查。我们认为,在贯彻中央文件精神,加快经济发展的热潮中,如何启动关停企业是一个需要高度重视和认真解决的问题,现将调查情况及工作建议报告如下: 一、关停企业的现状据睢宁县农业银行1992年初统计,全县乡、村两级共有181个企业关停,闲置厂房、设备占用农行信贷资金2415.6万元。关停企业除农行信贷支持外,还有其他专业银行借款、财政周转金、职工集资等,因此,其实际占用资金远大于上述数额。
Not long ago, we carried out special investigations on the situation of shutting down the enterprises in the townships of Suining County, Jiangsu Province. We believe that in implementing the spirit of the central document and accelerating economic development, how to start shutting down the company is a problem that needs to be highly valued and seriously addressed. Now we will report on the investigation and work recommendations as follows: 1. Status of shutting down the business According to the statistics of the Agricultural Bank of Suining County in early 1992, a total of 181 enterprises were shut down at the township and village levels in the county, and the unused plant and equipment occupied 24,156,000 yuan of credit line from the Agricultural Bank of China. In addition to the Bank’s credit support, there are other professional bank loans, fiscal working capital, and employee fund-raising. Therefore, the actual funds used are far greater than the above amounts.
