某些情况下,在测试瞬态压力时必然包含有连接通道,内燃机示功图的测量就是一个典型的例子。但是通道的气动特性使测录的压力波发生畸变,本文考虑了通道中的非定常、非等熵流动,并且提出了一种特殊的逆特征线法用于对畸变直接进行校正,实验结果显示通道的畸变效应可以得到完全的修正。另外,本文指出在传感器的安装、维护、寿命和抗热冲击等方面,连接通道的存在反而是有利的。
In some cases, the connection channel must be included in the test of transient pressure. The measurement of internal combustion engine dynamometer is a typical example. However, the aerodynamic characteristics of the channel distort the recorded pressure wave. In this paper, the unsteady and non-isentropic flow in the channel is considered, and a special inverse eigen-line method is proposed to correct the distortion directly. The experimental results show Channel distortion effects can be completely corrected. In addition, this paper points out that the existence of the connecting channel is beneficial in terms of sensor installation, maintenance, life expectancy and thermal shock resistance.
