基于VC++6.0面向对象的设计方法,开发了平行分度凸轮机构CAD/CAM设计系统。该系统给出了界面友好的参数输入对话框,能够完成机构参数的自动综合和凸轮轮廓的自动生成。并在Pro/E环境下生成凸轮三维实体,并对其进行装配。最后通过Mechanism/Pro接口将模型导入Adams,建立虚拟样机,并进行运动仿真。
Based on the object-oriented design method of VC ++ 6.0, CAD / CAM design system of parallel indexing cam mechanism was developed. The system gives the interface friendly parameter input dialog box, which can complete the automatic synthesis of the mechanism parameters and the automatic generation of the cam profile. And generate three-dimensional cam in Pro / E environment and assemble it. Finally, the model is imported into Adams through the Mechanism / Pro interface, a virtual prototype is established, and a motion simulation is performed.
