对８９例经多种保守治疗效果不佳、窦口鼻道复合体（ＯＣ）均有不同病变的鼻窦炎患者，在内窥镜下行ＯＣ疏通术。术前和术后分别测定了鼻纤毛的输运功能，术前鼻纤毛输运功能下降，术后得到不同程度的恢复。相关分析结果表明，鼻纤毛输运功能与鼻甲肿大程度呈负相关关系。
Eighty-nine patients with sinusitis who had different pathologies due to poor conservative treatment and multiple osseous and nasal complex (OC) underwent endoscopic OC to clear the canal. Nasal cilia transport function was measured preoperatively and postoperatively, preoperative nasal ciliary transport decreased, postoperative recovery to varying degrees. Correlation analysis showed that nasal cilia transport function and the degree of turbinate swelling was negatively correlated.
