糖尿病特发性大疱症是糖尿病的一种少见皮肤合并症,文献报告不多,遇1例报告如下。患者女,64岁,患糖尿病10年余。半年前下肢出现数个水疽,无痛痒,其中一较大水疱擦破后伴轻度感染,治疗后痊愈,当时糖尿病病情加重。近日下肢又忽起水疱十余个,无何先兆,伴下肢浮肿、轻度嗜睡。检查:T36.5℃,R20次/分,P92次/分,Bp22.9/14.1kPa。
Diabetes idiopathic bullous disease is a rare complication of diabetes mellitus, reported in the literature is limited, the case of a report as follows. Female patient, 64 years old, suffering from diabetes more than 10 years. Six months ago, there appeared a few gangrene in the lower extremities, itching, one of the larger blisters rubbed with mild infection, after treatment healed, then aggravating diabetes. Recently the lower limbs and blisters suddenly more than a dozen, without any precedent, with lower extremity edema, mild drowsiness. Check: T36.5 ℃, R20 beats / min, P92 beats / min, Bp22.9 / 14.1kPa.
