“北京集邮论坛”是北京宣武区集邮协会倡导举办的,它邀集在京的集邮界专家、学者、名流,从不同视角探讨我国集邮发展趋势。这对活跃首都集邮学术活动、创新集邮研讨形式、启迪集邮思路导向走出一条新路。“2001北京集邮论坛”是第二次举办,主题是“集邮组织的现状与发展。”张林侠(宣武区邮协会长):
Beijing Philatelic Forum is sponsored by the Philately Association of Xuanwu District in Beijing. It invited experts, scholars and celebrities in the Philately community in Beijing to explore the development of Philately in China from different perspectives. This is an active capital philately academic activities, an innovative form of philately discussion, enlightenment of stamp-oriented ideas out of a new road.
