患者男 ,74岁 ,因腹部肿块 4个月 ,逐渐增大 1个月来我院就诊。临床检查 :左侧腹部隆起 ,左侧肋下触及巨大肿块 ,肋下达 14ｃｍ ,质硬 ,表面光滑。肝脏肿大 ,右侧腹部有压痛。超声检查所见 :肝脏增大 ,形态欠规则 ,包膜尚光整 ,实质回声不均匀 ,肝右叶见多个大小不等的低回声区
Male patient, 74 years old, due to abdominal mass 4 months, gradually increased 1 month to our hospital.
