本研究探讨了采前整合钙处理对猕猴桃后熟的影响.结果表明:整合钙处理,提高了果肉的钙含量,增加了于25℃条件下软熟的果实硬度,使水溶性果胶、草酸铵溶性果胶的增加和盐酸溶性果胶的减少受到了抑制,使呼吸作用降低、乙烯释放量减少,并延缓了淀粉、有机酸和抗坏血酸减少的速度、结果指出,采前整合钙处理,可推迟猕猴桃的软化和成熟,延长果实的货架寿命.
This study investigated the effect of preharvest integrated calcium treatment on the ripening of kiwi fruit.The results showed that the integrated calcium treatment increased the calcium content of pulp and increased the firmness of soft ripened fruit at 25 ℃, The increase of ammonium-soluble pectin and the decrease of hydrochloric acid-soluble pectin were inhibited, the respiration rate was reduced, the ethylene release rate was reduced, and the reduction rate of starch, organic acid and ascorbate was delayed. The results indicated that the pre-harvest integrated calcium treatment could Postpone the softening and maturation of kiwifruit to extend the fruit shelf life.
