由国家计委、国家科委、国防科工委、国家教委和中国科学院共同组织的“全国高技术产业发展研讨会”自1987年以来已举行三次年会,会议的主题分别是“高技术发展与预测”、“开辟技术创新之路,发展高技术产业”和“军民结合,共同促进,发展高技术产业”。三次研讨会共收到论文300余篇,近500人次出席。会议围绕我国高技术产业发展的战略、道路、模式,所需的政策环境及高技术产业对社会、经济的深层影响等一系列问题进行了广泛热烈的讨论,一次比一次深入,一次比一次结合国情、联系实际。
The National Seminar on High-tech Industry Development jointly organized by the State Development Planning Commission, the State Science and Technology Commission, the National Commission for Science and Technology, the State Education Commission, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences has held three annual meetings since 1987. The theme of the conference is “High-tech development.” “And forecast”, “open up the road of technological innovation, develop high-tech industries” and “combination of military and civilian, jointly promote and develop high-tech industries.” The three seminars received more than 300 papers and nearly 500 attendees. The conference held a wide-ranging lively discussion on a series of issues such as the strategy, roads and models for the development of China’s high-tech industries, the required policy environment, and the deep impact of high-tech industries on society and economy.
