雅虎和阿里巴巴,谁收购了谁?对于用户来说,这些消息里的虚虚实实并不重要,重要的是,搜索和电子商务平台、支付平台结合起来了。从上下游信息链的整合和营销渠道建设这两个方面来看,搜索和电子商务是一条价值链的两个环节。百度、Google们所依赖的渠道和3721、阿里巴巴所依赖的是同一个渠道。收购雅虎中国之后的阿里巴巴一方面需要进行渠道的合并,另一方面需要进行上下游信息流、业务等的衔接、整合。
