本文简要介绍了彩色金相技术的基本原理,讨论了在彩色金相摄影、洗印技术中加色法与减色法的应用,彩色胶片的色层组织及基本性能以及在实验中如何利用自动曝光装置来调整胶片的感光速度与伸缩性,合理使用滤色片来正确校正色温等问题。同时叙述了金相组织的着色上膜方法,推荐了常用的化学着色法中的五大类试剂。文章表明,实验中要想获得一张满意的彩色金相照片,必须满足下列三个条件:1.了解彩色金相技术的基本原理。2.掌握彩色胶片的基本性能和校正方法。3.正确使用显微组织的着色方法。
This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of color metallography, discusses the application of colorimetric method and color subtraction method in color metallographic photography and photofinishing technology, the color layer organization and basic performance of color film and how to use automatic exposure in experiment Device to adjust the speed and flexibility of the film, the rational use of color filters to correct color temperature and other issues.
