三年前,我们在思考推进全区中小学德育工作时,就将拓展的目光定格在主体性德育上。我们真诚地期待:通过主体性德育的实践,能够使上海市徐汇区中小学德育工作在新时期走上一个新的台阶,取得新的实效。当年,正值召开全区性的中小学德育工作会议,这次会议明确地提出了今后学校德育工作的要求,鲜明地树起了“主体性德育实践”的旗帜,同时又开展“引导学生主体性发展的德育研究”的课题研究。三年来,我们从理论和实践两个方面推进主体性德育的实施。回眸与展望我们走过的三年历程,感到这是一种选择,也是一种突破。对主体性德育的突破,使我区中小学德育取得了丰硕的工作回报,使我们对新时期开展学校德育更加充满信心。
Three years ago, when we pondered the moral education in primary and middle schools throughout the region, we set our sights on subjective moral education. We sincerely hope that through the practice of subjective moral education, moral education in primary and secondary schools in Xuhui District of Shanghai will take a new step in the new era and achieve new results. In the same year, it held a meeting on moral education at primary and secondary schools in the whole region. The meeting clearly set forth the requirements of future moral education in schools and clearly set the banner of “subjective moral education practice” Research on Moral Education to Guide Students’ Subjectivity Development ". In the past three years, we have pushed forward the implementation of subjective moral education in both theory and practice. Looking back and looking forward to our three-year history, I feel that this is an option, but also a breakthrough. The breakthrough in subjective moral education has made great contributions to the moral education of primary and secondary schools in our district and made us more confident about carrying out school moral education in the new era.
