1998年7月,淮阴市水利局制定了《关于建立市直水利系统科级干部完成重点工程(项目)实绩记录卡的试行办法》,印发市直水利系统,经过一年的组织实施,取得了明显成效,对培养干部实事实于的作风、促进水利重点工程(项目)的完成,加速水利事业的发展,起到了积极的推动作用。现将《实绩记录卡》的实施办法及成效介绍如下:
