校企合作、工学结合是职业教育的本质特征,是全面提高职业教育质量的必然选择。校企协同创新、资源共建共享是构建校企深度合作长效机制的必由之路。介绍了武汉电力职业技术学院校企协同创新的实践;从学院和企业两个方面分析了校企协同创新的效益;对校企协同创新的发展前景作了一定的展望。
The cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study are the essential characteristics of vocational education and the inevitable choice for improving the quality of vocational education. The co-innovation of school-enterprise, resource-building and sharing is the only way to build a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation. Introduced the practice of collaborative innovation of school-enterprise between Wuhan Electric Power Vocational and Technical College; analyzed the benefit of collaborative innovation of school-enterprise from two aspects of colleges and enterprises; and made some prospect for the development prospect of collaborative innovation of school-enterprise.
