目的了解玉溪市托幼机构预防性消毒情况,发现并纠正存在的问题,改进和提高消毒质量。方法对玉溪市57家托幼机构2011—2013年预防性消毒质量监测资料进行分析。结果共采集室内空气、物体表面、餐饮具、工作人员手等样品1 056件,合格合格率87.6%;2011—2013年合格率分别为82.8%、85.0%和93.3%,呈逐年升高趋势;室内空气、物体表面、餐饮具、工作人员手合格率依次为96.1%、81.9%、97.9%和75.0%。结论玉溪市托幼机构消毒质量呈逐年升高趋势,仍应加强消毒隔离措施的完善与落实,提高工作人员的消毒隔离知识水平。
Objective To understand the preventive disinfection of nurseries in Yuxi City, to find out and correct the existing problems, and to improve and improve the disinfection quality. Methods The data of preventive disinfection quality monitoring in 57 kindergartens in Yuxi from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed. Results A total of 1 056 samples of indoor air, surface of objects, tableware and staff were collected, with a pass rate of 87.6%. The passing rates of indoor air, surface of objects, tableware and staff were 96.1%, 81.9%, 97.9% and 75.0% respectively. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in kindergartens and nurseries in Yuxi City has been increasing year by year. The improvement and implementation of disinfection and isolation measures should be strengthened and the knowledge of disinfection and isolation of staff should be improved.
