本文介绍2例危重哮喘病人,在传统疗法、机械通气、氟烷吸入等治疗失败后,吸入乙醚立即获得支气管舒张、气道压力下降、血气及临床症状明显改善的效果。一例16岁男性,另一例46岁女性,均有数年哮喘史,急性发作入院。入院时二者均重度发绀、呼吸微弱、意识不清,前者血气H~+205nmol/L,Pco_216.2KPa,Po_24.1KPa;后者H~+131nmol/L,PCO_215.6KPa,PO_218.1KPa。
This article describes two cases of critically ill patients with asthma, in the traditional therapy, mechanical ventilation, halothane inhalation and other treatment failed, immediately inhaled ether bronchial dilation, airway pressure drop, blood gas and clinical symptoms significantly improved results. A 16-year-old male and another 46-year-old female have asthma history for several years and are admitted to hospital for acute onset. Both were severe cyanosis, weak breathing, unconsciousness, the former blood gas H ~ 205nmol / L, Pco_216.2KPa, Po_24.1KPa; the latter H ~ + 131nmol / L, PCO_215.6KPa, PO_218.1KPa.
