加强高等学校的领导班子建设,是高等学校进入内涵建设阶段一个十分重要又紧迫的课题。关于这个问题,已经引起我们的广泛关注,但是,关于领导班子成员,尤其是副职的培养、教育和管理尚未引起人们的重视。本文从分析高校领导班子副职的职能作用着手,研究了副职管理的原则及提升副职能力的路径。
Strengthening the construction of the leading group in colleges and universities is a very important and pressing issue for the institutions of higher learning to enter the stage of connotation construction. Much attention has been drawn to this issue on this issue. However, training, education and management of members of the leadership team, especially the deputy, have not drawn much attention. This article starts with the analysis of the function of the deputy positions of the leading group in colleges and universities, and studies the principle of deputy positions management and the way of enhancing the deputy positions.
