公共卫生服务能力的提升是我国建设服务型政府的必然要求,我国西部地区公共卫生服务能力的高低影响着我国整体公共卫生服务能力的发展水平,要进一步提升西部地区的公共卫生服务能力,首先要对西部地区各省的公共卫生服务能力有一个较为全面深入的掌握。在设计我国公共卫生服务能力评价指标体系的基础上,运用主成份分析法对西部地区各省的公共卫生服务能力进行分析与评价,在此基础上探讨促进西部地区公共卫生服务能力提升的对策建议。 The improvement of public health service capability is an inevitable requirement for building a service-oriented government in our country.
