目的:观察荭草花不同制备工艺的样品对犬急性心肌缺血的影响。方法:采用冠状动脉左前降支结扎所致犬急性心肌缺血模型,通过心外膜电图描记、硝基蓝四唑(NBT)组织化学染色,考察不同制备工艺的荭草花样品对冠脉结扎所致麻醉犬心肌缺血程度(ΣST)、缺血范围(NST)、心肌梗死面积以及血清中LDH、CK水平的影响。结果:与模型组比较,荭草花经水提醇沉后正丁醇萃取部位可显著降低犬冠脉结扎所致心肌缺血的程度和损伤范围,降低冠脉结扎犬血清中CK、LDH水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:荭草花经水提醇沉后正丁醇萃取的样品对犬心肌缺血具有显著的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different preparation methods on the acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery was used in this study. Epicardiogram and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) histochemical staining were used to investigate the effects of different preparation methods on coronary artery ligation (ΣST), ischemic range (NST), myocardial infarct size and LDH, CK levels in anesthetized dogs. Results: Compared with the model group, the extraction of n-butanol after water extraction and alcohol precipitation significantly reduced the extent of myocardial ischemia and the extent of injury in canine coronary artery ligation, and decreased the levels of CK and LDH P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The extract of nostoc sphaeroides after n-butanol extraction by water extraction has significant protective effect on myocardial ischemia in dogs.
