海口市工商行政管理局今年5月间公开登报宣布,海南鸿海电子有限公司等9家外商独资企业因伪造银行资信证明和会计师事务所公章搞假验资报告书,被吊销企业法人营业执照。这个决定已得到海南省工商行政管理局的批准,从4月10日起生效。这9家公司的原法定代表人自吊销执照之日起,五年内不得再担任其他公司的法定代表人。
Haikou City Administration for Industry and Commerce announced in May this year that nine wholly foreign-owned enterprises, such as Hainan Hon Hai Electronics Co., Ltd., were revoked their corporate legal person business licenses for fake bank credit certificates and certified public accountants’ false capital verification reports. This decision has been approved by the Hainan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and will take effect from April 10. The original legal representatives of these 9 companies shall not serve as the legal representatives of other companies within five years from the date of revocation of their licenses.
