近半年来,“南网现象”一词经常被 国家有关部委领导提起,并频频见诸报 端。最近,中共中央政治局委员、广东省 委书记张德江在会见国家电监会主席柴 松岳时说,南方电网是中国电力体制改 革最成功的案例,应该好好总结;它确实 体现了以经济建设为中心,按照市场化 的原则对电力资源进行优化配置;既实 行了国家的宏观调控,又发挥了企业和 地方的两个积极性;既解决了广东这个 用电大省电力不足的问题,又解决了云 南、贵州资源丰富但电力消费不足的问 题。中间这个纽带和桥梁就是南方电网, 南方电网给广东做出了很大贡献,否则 这两年广东日子过不去。
