分析了酶法脱墨的潜在优势,从油墨去除率和环保两方面与化学法脱墨进行了对比。研究了酶法脱墨和化学法脱墨对激光打印纸的脱墨情况,实验确定了激光打印纸中性脱墨所采用的纤维素酶/表面活性剂体系的最佳条件;其次通过与化学法脱墨相比,从以下4个方面分析酶中性脱墨对环境的影响:脱墨效率和浮选损失;脱墨浆质量;过程用水和可生物降解能力;脱墨污泥的数量和成分。评价了酶法脱墨潜在的环境效益,在激光打印纸脱墨方面,纤维素酶/表面活性剂体系比传统的化学法脱墨具有更大的优越性,尤其在环保方面。
The potential advantages of enzymatic deinking were analyzed and compared with chemical deinking in terms of ink removal efficiency and environmental friendliness. The deinking conditions of laser printing paper by enzymatic deinking and chemical deinking were studied. The optimal conditions of the cellulase / surfactant system used for neutral deinking of laser printing paper were experimentally determined. Secondly, Deinking compared to the following four aspects from the analysis of the enzyme neutral deinking on the environment: deinking efficiency and flotation loss; deinking pulp quality; process water and biodegradability; deinking sludge quantity and ingredient. The potential environmental benefits of enzymatic deinking were evaluated and the cellulase / surfactant system had greater advantages than the traditional chemical deinking in deinking of laser paper, especially in the environmental aspects.
