近年来,在我国工农业的不断发展下,工农业的尿素求量也随之增大,其也带动了尿素生产技术的发展。随着汽提工艺的问世,使尿素生产工艺迈上了个新的台阶,目前,汽提工艺已经成为了尿素生产的主流技术。我国在大型尿素装置改造、新建尿素装置中,普遍运用了新型二氧化碳汽提工艺。在二氧化碳汽提工艺中,各个环节都会产生水,由于生产过程中的水含量会对尿素转化率产生直接影响,所以做好水平衡控制具有重大意义。
