我院自1982年4月起在46对习惯性流产夫妇检查中,发现两姊妹均为6;9号平衡易位,并作了家系调查,发现其父及一弟有相同的6;9号平衡易位。病例1,先证者,女,27岁,1980年结婚,妊娠3次,均在12周左右流产。光特殊病史。全身及妇科检查正常。病例2,其大妹,26岁,81年结婚,妊娠3次,均在12周内流产。无特殊病史,全身及妇科检查均正常。染色体分析:外周血淋巴细胞培养常规制片,G
Our hospital since April 1982 in 46 pairs of habitual abortion couples check and found that the two sisters are 6; 9 balance translocation, and made a pedigree survey and found that his father and a brother have the same 6; 9 Balance translocation.
