本文从比较铁蛋白和模拟化合物的穆斯堡尔谱讨论了铁蛋白分子内腔铁盐聚积作用的机制。从它们的图谱和各参数的类似性说明铁蛋白内腔铁盐的聚积可能仅是一种化学过程。
In this paper, we discuss the mechanism of iron salt accumulation in the inner cavity of ferritin from the Mossbauer comparison of ferritin and mimic compounds. From their maps and the similarity of the parameters, it shows that the accumulation of iron salts in ferritin lumen may be just a chemical process.
