晶体自发性脱位在国内曾见报告1例,本院亦曾收治1例,现报告如下。谭××男54岁住院号1672051981年2月左眼自觉出现暗影游动。1983年5月26日来院就诊。否认其它眼病及眼外伤史。体检未见异常。眼部检查:右视力1.2,左视力指数/30cm(不能矫正)。两眼结膜无充血,角膜正常。左眼前房变深,虹膜震颤,瞳孔两眼等大,光反应(+)。左眼玻璃体混浊,
