为深入贯彻党的十八届五中全会精神,2015年11月3日新疆南疆工作会议在喀什市举行。此次会议是自治区成立60年来首次举行全面研究部署南疆工作的会议,是一次具有里程碑意义的会议,对于今后南疆经济社会发展、民族团结、社会稳定、长治久安具有长远意义。针对一个地区的发展而单独举行会议,反映出该地区在发展上对全局所具有的重要性和急迫性,虽是局部但事关全局。新疆的历史与实践证明了南疆工作一向是新疆工作
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, November 3, 2015, a working conference in southern Xinjiang was held in Kashgar.
