目的研究卡巴胆碱联合复合膳食纤维对烫伤休克大鼠肠黏膜血流量的影响。方法以30%TBSAⅢ°烫伤Wistar大鼠为动物实验模型,随机分为正常组(N组)、对照组(A组)、实验组(B组),应用激光多普勒分析仪分别在伤后0,2,4,8h监测大鼠腹部经皮氧分压与肠黏膜血流量,并对三组结果予以比较。结果 1烫伤后大鼠腹部经皮氧分压与肠黏膜血流量明显低于正常组,随着复苏进行,逐渐恢复,但未恢复至正常水平;2联合应用卡巴胆碱与膳食纤维,显著提高腹部经皮氧分压,增加肠黏膜血流量。结论卡巴胆碱联合膳食纤维可以改善烫伤大鼠循环状态,早期纠正休克,增加肠黏膜血流。
Objective To investigate the effects of carbachol combined with dietary fiber on intestinal mucosal blood flow in scalded shock rats. Methods The Wistar rats scalded with 30% TBSA Ⅲ ° for the animal model were randomly divided into normal group (N group), control group (A group), experimental group (B group), laser Doppler analyzer 0,2,4,8 h monitoring abdominal percutaneous oxygen partial pressure and intestinal mucosal blood flow, and the results of the three groups to be compared. Results 1 The percutaneous oxygen partial pressure and intestinal mucosal blood flow in the abdomen of rats after scalding were significantly lower than those in the normal group, and gradually recovered as the resuscitation progressed, but not returned to the normal level.2 The combination of carbachol and dietary fiber significantly increased Abdominal partial pressure of oxygen, increase intestinal mucosal blood flow. Conclusions Carbachol combined with dietary fiber can improve the circulatory state of scalded rats, correct shock early and increase intestinal mucosal blood flow.
