要改变教育“千校一面”“千人一面”,学校缺乏竞争力、缺乏生气和活力的局面,必须积极倡导学校创建办学特色。这就要求学校在遵循国家教育大方向和基本要求、基本规范的前提下,办出学校特色,从而形成百花齐放的生动局面。学校特色的创建,是校长办学中需要倾力破解的一道难题。本期特邀11位上海市实验性示范性高中的校长,结合他们学校的发展谈谈学校特色该如何有效建设。
To change the situation of “thousands of schools, one thousand people, one side” and the lack of competitiveness, lack of enthusiasm and vitality in education, we must actively promote schools to create school-running characteristics. This requires that schools follow the general direction of the country’s education, basic requirements, and basic norms to create school characteristics and create a lively situation in which hundreds of flowers flourish. The creation of school characteristics is a difficult problem that schoolmasters must dedicate to solving. In this special session, 11 principals of the Shanghai Experimental Model High School are invited to talk about the effective construction of school characteristics in conjunction with the development of their schools.
