随着国家电网公司“三集五大”体系变革,供电公司生产关系、管理方式发生变革,企业各专业部门之间的协同配合增多,造成了管理交叉和管理缺位问题。为此,厘清不同专业部门的管理责任、消弭专业管理的缝隙,解决跨业务、跨部门、跨流程之间的一系列问题,有效回应政府和社会关切,成为供电企业管理体系变革的重要课题。从利益相关方角度出发的社会责任管理为应对这一挑战提供了新视角和新方法,推动企业在体系变革中进一步提高管理水平。
With the transformation of the State Grid Corporation of China’s “Three Sets and Five Majors” system, the power supply company’s production relations and management methods have undergone changes. Collaboration between the various professional departments of the company has increased, resulting in the lack of management crossover and management. To this end, it clarifies the management responsibilities of different professional departments, eliminates gaps in professional management, solves a series of problems across business, inter-departmental, and cross-process, effectively responds to government and social concerns, and becomes an important issue for the reform of the power supply management system. The management of social responsibility from the perspective of stakeholders has provided a new perspective and new method for responding to this challenge, and promoted enterprises to further improve the management level in the system reform.
