文章结合本人在监理工作中的实践,认为监理工程师除具备监理基本素质,坚持法律法规、规范、合同、图纸内容等基本工作原则外,监理工程师在施工现场的工作也要灵活、机动、有的放矢,抓住工作重点,科学合理地服务于业主,使施工单位保质保量按期实现建设目标。
Based on the practice of supervision work, the article holds that the supervising engineer should not only have the basic qualifications of supervising, but also insist on the basic working principles of law, regulation, contract, drawing contents and so on. The supervising engineer should also be flexible, maneuverable and targeted at the construction site, Seize the key work, scientific and reasonable service to the owners, the construction unit quality and quantity to meet the construction goals on schedule.
